Laundry

• If you would like your clothes to be washed and ironed, simply place them in the plastic bag in the wardrobe.
• Don’t forget to fill out and sign the laundry form. You can hand the laundry over to the chamber maids before 12 noon. After that time please ask reception to have the plastic bag collected.
• The laundry service is not available on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and bank holidays.
• A surcharge of 50% will be charged for express turn around (24 hour delivery).
• The ironing service amounts to an additional 70% of the price of the washing service for the respective garment.
• Please do not hang clothes or towels over the balcony railing, as this is not permitted by municipality law. Please use the towel rail instead
